2. USING THE SERVICES
2.1 Eligibility. To use the Services, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You may access the Services as an individual or on behalf of a legal entity, provided you are duly authorized to act on its behalf. You must not be located in, or subject to the jurisdiction of, any country or region subject to U.S. sanctions or other legal restrictions that would prohibit your use of blockchain-based, non-custodial staking protocols. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2.2 Jurisdictional and Sanctions Compliance. You represent and warrant that you are not located in, incorporated in, or ordinarily resident in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions, including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine. You further represent that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties, including the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, Denied Persons List, or Entity List. Your use of the Services must at all times comply with applicable sanctions laws, export control regulations, anti-money laundering rules, and financial services restrictions.
2.3 Wallet Compatibility and Access Requirements. To use the Services, you must connect a supported self-custodial wallet that is compatible with the applicable proof-of-stake network (e.g., Solana). You are solely responsible for maintaining secure access to your wallet, including any private keys, seed phrases, or hardware devices used to authorize staking transactions. Anagram Staking Services may deny or suspend access to the Services if your wallet connection is misconfigured, compromised, or associated with unauthorized activity, or if we determine that such access poses a technical, legal, or reputational risk.
2.4 Staking Risk Acknowledgement. By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept all operational, technical, and economic risks associated with staking digital assets, including but not limited to protocol-level slashing penalties, validator downtime, smart contract vulnerabilities, network instability, and fluctuations in staking rewards. The Services are non-custodial and rely on smart contracts to facilitate delegation to Anagram Staking Service's validator. Anagram Staking Services does not custody user assets, does not control staking protocols, and cannot prevent slashing events or modify the behavior of the underlying blockchain network.
2.5 User Responsibilities. You are solely responsible for the security and management of your self-custodied wallet and private keys. This includes ensuring proper wallet configuration, maintaining secure access credentials, and verifying transaction details before signing any staking interaction. Anagram Staking Services does not control your wallet, cannot recover lost keys, and does not provide insurance or reimbursement for lost, misdirected, or slashed assets. You assume all responsibility for your use of the Services and for compliance with any applicable network rules or staking conditions.
2.6 Validator Performance and Protocol Penalties. You acknowledge that staking involves the risk of validator-related penalties, including but not limited to slashing, downtime, and performance-based exclusion imposed by the underlying blockchain network. If Anagram Staking Service's validator is subject to such penalties, your staked assets and any accrued rewards may be partially or entirely forfeited in accordance with protocol rules. Anagram Staking Services does not guarantee uninterrupted validator performance and disclaims liability for any loss of assets or rewards resulting from validator misconduct, network instability, or governance actions. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the Services if we determine, in our sole discretion, that continued delegation poses operational, legal, or reputational risk.
2.7 Incident Notification. You agree to notify Anagram Staking Services promptly if your validator suffers a slashing event or becomes aware of any condition likely to trigger such penalties.
2.8 Wallet Interaction and Staking Acknowledgements. By connecting a compatible self-custodial wallet and delegating Supported Assets through the Services, you acknowledge that Anagram Staking Services is a non-custodial provider. Anagram Staking Services does not access, control, or manage your wallet, private keys, or digital assets. All staking transactions are executed directly by you via on-chain protocols, and Anagram Staking Services cannot modify, reverse, or intercept those transactions.
You understand that staking rewards are determined by the underlying network and may vary based on protocol-level conditions. Anagram Staking Services does not guarantee the amount, timing, or distribution of any rewards. Any performance information displayed through the Services is for informational purposes only.
You further acknowledge that staking may involve protocol-imposed restrictions, including lockups, warm-up periods, and unbonding delays. Anagram Staking Services does not control these mechanisms and disclaims all liability related to timing, access, or availability of staked assets.
3 TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
3.1 Service Discretion. Anagram Staking Services may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that your use of the Services presents legal, regulatory, technical, reputational, or economic risk. Grounds for such action may include, without limitation, suspected abuse of the Services, association with sanctioned or high-risk jurisdictions, violation of these Terms, or activity that could disrupt protocol operations or compliance obligations.
3.2 Enforcement and Consequences. Anagram Staking Services may enforce any suspension or termination of access to the Services through reasonable technical or administrative means, including but not limited to disabling wallet access to the interface, restricting smart contract interactions, or removing access to related tools or communication channels. If your access is terminated, you will not be entitled to any compensation, restitution, or further distribution of rewards beyond amounts already accrued and disbursed, subject to any applicable deductions or outstanding claims.
3.3 Voluntary Termination and Survival. You may stop using the Services at any time by discontinuing use of the interface and un-delegating your assets in accordance with the applicable network protocol. Termination of access does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination, including any liability arising from your breach of these Terms. Provisions that, by their nature, should survive termination, including those relating to disclaimers, indemnification, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and dispute resolution, will remain in full force and effect.
4 REWARD MECHANICS
4.1 Protocol-Based Rewards. By delegating Supported Assets through the Services, you may become eligible to receive staking rewards in accordance with the rules of the applicable blockchain network. You acknowledge that all rewards are determined by the protocol and are based on validator performance, network parameters, commission rates, slashing events, and other dynamic conditions outside the control of Anagram Staking Services. Anagram Staking Services does not guarantee the availability, amount, frequency, or timing of any rewards, and disclaims any liability for changes to network behavior or reward logic.
4.2 Distribution and Withholding. Staking rewards, if and when earned, will be distributed to your wallet address in accordance with the applicable network protocol, net of any protocol fees, validator commissions, or penalties. Anagram Staking Services may define or update reward routing logic, including performance-based modifiers or reward-sharing structures, via smart contracts or off-chain configurations. You acknowledge that Anagram Staking Services may, in its sole discretion, withhold or delay distribution of rewards in connection with slashing events, network disruptions, validator penalties, or suspected violation of these Terms.
4.3 User Responsibility and Finality. You are solely responsible for monitoring your on-chain reward accrual and ensuring that rewards are properly received to your connected wallet address. You are also responsible for complying with any tax, accounting, or reporting obligations related to your staking activity. Anagram Staking Services is not liable for missed, delayed, or reduced rewards due to network performance, validator downtime, smart contract behavior, protocol upgrades, or third-party infrastructure failures. All reward distributions are final as recorded on-chain and are not subject to retroactive correction or dispute, except in the case of a material protocol-level error acknowledged by Anagram Staking Services.
4.4 Discretionary Incentive Programs. Anagram Staking Services may, at its discretion, offer incentive programs to eligible users, including enhanced rewards or bonus distributions based on criteria such as minimum stake thresholds, institutional participation, or treasury integration. These programs are optional, non-guaranteed, and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. Participation in any incentive program may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility verification, wallet configuration, or off-chain coordination. These programs do not alter the protocol-level reward structure and do not constitute a guarantee of additional rewards. Any data shared or used in connection with such programs will be handled in accordance with the Anagram Staking Services Privacy Policy.
5. USER DATA
5.1 User Data Ownership. You retain all right, title, and interest in and to any User Data generated through your use of the Services. These Terms do not grant Anagram Staking Services any ownership interest in your User Data. This may include analyzing wallet interactions, delegation patterns, and interface usage metrics. If you use the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and authority to grant this license on its behalf.
5.2 Operational and Usage Data. Anagram Staking Services may collect and analyze User Data, including wallet connection activity, delegation behavior, stake movement, and interaction patterns with the Services. This data may be used to operate and improve the Services, generate anonymized insights, monitor system usage, or evaluate protocol-level participation. Anagram Staking Services does not collect private keys, seed phrases, or wallet-level secrets, and all data processing will be conducted in accordance with the Anagram Staking Services Privacy Policy, as updated from time to time.
5.3 Attribution and Representation. If you publicly display any staking-related metrics, dashboards, interfaces, or outputs that are derived from or dependent on the Services, you must clearly attribute Anagram Staking Services as the source or underlying provider, using branding or credit language as reasonably specified by Anagram Staking Services. You may not misrepresent the source, functionality, or role of the Services in any product, interface, or communication. Attribution requirements may be waived in writing by Anagram Staking Services but may be revoked at any time in its sole discretion.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including any enhancements, modifications, or derivative works, are and will remain the exclusive property of Anagram Staking Services and its licensors.
6.2 User Feedback. You agree that any Feedback you provide may be used by Anagram Staking Services to develop, improve, or modify the Services without restriction or obligation. To the extent permitted by law, you assign to Anagram Staking Services all rights, title, and interest in and to such Feedback. Where assignment is not legally possible, you grant Anagram Staking Services a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and implement the Feedback in the Services or any related systems, without attribution or compensation. Anagram Staking Services has no obligation to use or act upon any Feedback.

If you rely on third-party wallets, browser extensions, RPC endpoints, or other external tools to access the Services, you are solely responsible for ensuring compatibility and securing your access credentials. 7.3 Scope of Terms. These Terms apply solely to your use of the Services as provided by Anagram Staking Services. They do not extend to or create any rights, obligations, or relationships with respect to third-party platforms, tools, or services that you may use in connection with the Services. Nothing in these Terms establishes any partnership, agency, or support obligation between Anagram Staking Services and any third-party provider.

8.2 Compelled Disclosure. If the Receiving Party is legally required to disclose Confidential Information, it will, where legally permitted, provide prompt written notice to the Disclosing Party to allow a reasonable opportunity to seek protective relief.
